Refreshments include drinks and a morning snack. This totals $1,400. Shells: Each participant is given 4 boxes of shells. Based on an estimated 250 participants, this cost is $5,250. Carson Valley Clays is a 70 member private facility 7 miles south of Gardnerville, Nevada with a Trap and Skeet field featuring a 5-Stand. A 15 station Sporting Clays course winds it's way through the mountainous terrain, offering all the challenge a shotgunner could ask for. A number of open to the public Sporting Clays events, NSCA included, are held throughout the spring and summer season.  Leagues are held February through August in 6 week intervals.
